In Shakespeare's "Hamlet," he says, To be or not to be, that is the question." He then compares being to death, sleep, and dreams.

How awake and aware can we be while focused on accomplishing, attaining, and obtaining? What peace, contentment, understanding, and wisdom are we overlooking by failing to gently focus on the present moment without judgment from time to time?
