It's free, but they do require a "rewards membership" so even if you have an account with them, you need to go to the navigation at the top and click on "membership" and then scroll down and click the free option on the left (or the paying one if you want that). Then when you preorder the book, in the cart enter PREORDER25 in the "Apply Coupon Code" box:

These of course are not the signed editions, these are just the normal hardcovers but at $30 retail a 25% discount is a big deal! And preordering helps authors way more than you'd think. Thanks!
