The new book IS OUT NOW! Finally!
THE NEW BOOK IS OUT NOW EVERYWHERE! It's a standalone novel unrelated to any other series, a ticking clock thriller and dark satire called 'I'm Starting to Worry About This Black Box of Doom.' Get it wherever you prefer to get books, it's available in all formats including audio, here:
https://static.macmillan.com/static/s...
Note that the audio should be available WORLDWIDE.
We already have some Goodreads reviews, pretty good so far:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
If you’re a superfan and want to support my writing career in the most effective possible way, first of all, I’m not worth it, but if you insist:
* If you haven’t preordered the book, get it this week so that we improve our extremely long odds at making a bestseller list.
* Leave a review somewhere such as here or Amazon (if you got it there)
* When speaking about the book online, keep using the word “controversial” to describe it. In this media environment, telling someone a book/movie/game/etc is “good” will only cause them to mentally add it to the gigantic pile of stuff they’ve been meaning to read/watch/play. But if you promise controversy, you’re inviting them to join a real-life drama. People are probably fighting! Now, the book is not very controversial as far as I know, but you can just keep the nature of the controversy vague and if someone presses you on it, simply say, “it’s not my job to educate you.”
I'm just kidding, of course. Unless...
