Project Update #2: Whimper Wonderland
Happy #WhimperWednesday!
Since you’re part of the Seekers Club ARC Team, here’s your second project update:
The story is complete 
Time to crack open a celebratory drink! I’ve got it printed out now and I’m reading it through one last time before sending it out.
(Fun fact: my wife read it in one sitting and, when she was finished, literally threw it across the room because she loved the characters so much. I can think of no better review!)
One of the fun things about this story is it’s sort of split into two parts: the first is Dorian and Dove’s “origin story” and the second is a long, wild night they spend out with Dove’s friends that changes the course of their relationship.
The main plot is their relationship, but there’s also a very important, close, tight-knit group of friends.
When I was writing this story, I’d take long walks to get inspiration. I’d play a Spotify playlist based on the story. Most of the vibes are about the second half of the story: party vibes, the chaos of New York City, and quietly falling in love with someone when you’re having a really good time.
The official playlist is now unlocked! This playlist is a fun mix of “feminist rage” and dreamy, going-out-to-the-club-with-friends vibes.

There’s one song in particular that I considered Dove’s “theme song” and I wore out the repeat button on it. Warning: there’s an excessive use of the C-word in it
