Ask away
As a reader, I've often wished I could have a virtual copy of the author handy so that I could ask him/her questions about the book I was reading.
I think that's why I love annotated versions of books (up to a point; I get absorbed in the story and keep forgetting to glance over at the notes).
Nowadays, it's remarkably easy to contact an author but if your question is a trivial one (is that ice cream flavor character X is always eating real or did you invent it?) you might feel disinclined to bother them.
Not that I'm implying there's anything trivial about ice cream. I just came back from a holiday in Florida and had a black raspberry and chocolate chip gelato from Publix that was out of this world.

How completely fantastic! No questions yet, just a great big thank you for writing such amazing books. They're easily some of my favorites. :)

Thank you! I'm so glad you've been enjoying them. I came late to writing; think I was 38 when I wrote my first fanfic, 42 when I first got published, so I feel as if I've discovered a whole new side of me.
