Back in the internet olden times, I used to get spam for penis extenders and discount viagara. Then sophisticated spam filters came on the scene and could easily sort those things out . Which didn't mean the end of spam by any means. Earlier this year, I even had my name stolen by spammers who were running around opening up Twitter and Facebook accounts for me.
