The Joint

The Joint:1972
All visitors are questioned and must be above suspicion, any momentary parole, accounted for; and connections with persons known before internment cut off. While under the protection and guardianship of the big house, food variables are disregarded, routine is established. Rebellions are punished by every conceivable sign of disapproval. No reminiscing, or new skills are allowed or encouraged. Contact with the same sex is called childish and unnecessary, while contact with the opposite sex is forbidden as immoral.  This is marriage, and marriage is normal and sane.
