Dimitri is God (like you wrote) so I'm not surpised that he won. Can't for Fiery Heart, Blood Sisters, so the the special POV of Vampire Academy you just wrote thanks very much.

LOL! Thsnks for finally writing it down and yeah made me want to read the whole series again. :/
“My name is Dimitri Belikov. I’ve come to take you back to St. Vladimir’s Academy, Princess.”

Can you please make this into an actual book of the POV of Dimitri during the first book? o.o PLEASE?! Why is it so short!?
I love reading POVs from badass hot gods like Dimitri! OMFG *SPAZZUM* Especially when he was my major crush in reading the series from Rose's point of view!
I'm also working on a book of my own with a controlled badass Hunter and coming from that to this made me fan-splode all the more with my undying love of badass men!
GODS you are amazing Richelle! *total fan love!* I love your interpretation of vampires and strigori and dhampires too!

I agree with Jana, I'm very curious to know his thinking and feeling towards Rose especially when he was turned into a Strigio.

I am with you Jana, it would be amazing to know what he was thinking the whole series!

That being said, I appreciate the mystery you've created around Dimitri to request a whole book be written from his point of view. That being said, I would be all for other parts of the VA series being written from his point of view. Like, what went through his mind the first time he met Rose's father?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
i have been waiting for a Dimitri pov since I first started reading VA in...maybe 2009/2010? something like that...
I'm quite serious when my life is almost complete...all I need is for you to finish off BL series, write certain scenes of VA in Dimitri's pov (possibly even the entire first book...or maybe the last book...something like that...even do a compilation of maybe fan-picked scenes in his pov)...oh! And see if the VA movie is successful, and to my liking...and you know, finish that movie series off...and THEN! my life will be complete ;P
Madame Mead...you are an excellent writer, and were the first to bring me into the world of fantasy! (not even Harry Potter could influence me)...I have every intention of reading the rest of your works...and I cannot wait until November 19 for Fiery Heart!!! I mean c'mon? I read both Dimitri and Adrian's povs in one day! I think I'm about to have a heart attack!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
i have been waiting for a Dimitri pov since I first started reading VA in...may..."
There's an Adrian POV? O_O HOW Have I not heard of this!?

OMFG! O_O It... it... is Epic. O_O I just came from reading the bit that would've been the beginning snippet of the "Bloodlines" series and was extremely disliking Adrian for that. -_-
But now with this POV I wanna almost read the series. O_O Especially with Adrian as the narrator. GO snarkiness! >:3
But I feel weird about Jill being his "Shadowkissed". e.e ....... IDK. e.e She's not legal and wtf are they doing if Adrian and Sydney eventually have sexy times? Remember how Rose had to deal with Lessa and they're good friends and of same age. e.e ..... My mind goes immediately to "unintentional mental link rape".
Anyways I might actually pick this series up the next time I'm in a bookstore and see how Sydney is as a narrator. O.o

yeah...thats a huge problem throughout the series...IF YOU WANNA KNOW MORE READ THE SERIES FIRST!!!
oh ick...yeah haha...poor Rose ;P but Christian and Lissa couldn't keep their hands off each other ;P
YES YES YES!!! YOU GO DO THAT!!! I can't believe you went and read the spoiler Fiery Heart Excerpt when you hadn't even read Bloodlines...but oh well...GO GO GO!!!

I hope you do pick it up and that you enjoy it.... although that first chapter did a very good job of spoiling every significant event of the first three books.... for example, you don't start out knowing about Jill nor does Sydney have much of an interest in Adrian from the beginning. And just so many other things.

I hope you do pick it up and that you enjoy i..."
Oh shoot so I just ruined it for myself eh? XD Ah no biggie, even if I do know that the characters make it through alive, I still don't know really WHAT happened, WHO with, and how it all came together! xD I don't know the details so that'll be fun to read through! >83
I used to even read the last couple pages of a book (when I was a kid) if I was in the conflict middle and not sure what was going to happen, then would be soothed by what I read at the end. It actually seemed to help alleviate some of my worries about whether to put the book down or not, and allow me to enjoy the middle and what happened and how it all played out exactly. :3 Its one thing to know a brief overview of who's who and that they're here or there at the end. Its another thing to KNOW and EXPERIENCE it all first hand as the story develops with detailed intensity! >:3
So just from reading the excerpt I do know that Adrian and Sydney are together, Jill is shadow-kissed by Adrian SOMEHOW by him healing her in SOME situation IDK about, that there's these other people too and they're in Palm Springs and in the desert. O.e And that Adrian and Sydney are doing well together too but IDK how Adrian and Jill resolved/are resolving the Shadowkissed thing and how it affects Jill with her being Moroi verses how it affected Rose with Rose being Dhampire. O.e That's all I know, and that they somehow survived to this point?
ALL THE REST make up the series itself and are the hardcore experiencing details that I don't know about. XD That's the part that makes the book worth reading for me. :3
So its not "ruined" for me rather than it got my interest up in reading it and knowing that Adrian DOES get better THANKFULLY lol! But the excerpt raises SO many questions about the bits before that I wanna read it now and get those questions answered! o.o
SO even if my question won't be "will they make it out alive?" since I know that, nor will it be "Will Adrian and Sydney get together? IS Jill shadowkissed or not?" but rather now the questions are, "HOW IN THE FAAAAAWK does ADRIAN and SYDNEY ever get together?! Where did the cute little gold dragon come from? Why did they have to summon it in the first place? HOW did Adrian even make Jill his shadow-kissed in the first place? What happened? HOOOOW are they dealing with this since she's well... so underage its scary at least compared to Adrian. E.E HOW is she managing the relationship Adrian and Sydney have? How is she managing the symptoms from the shadow-kissed side? What does SHE really think about this? What does Sydney think about this? How really did the other guardians get to be there? WHAT exactly was the threat that got Jill and the others into this situation in the first place? Who's behind this? What's up with Sydney's mother and father relationship dynamics and with Zoe? What IS it like being an Alchemist??" And on and on and on and on! xD
It didn't spoil too much for me I'll let you know. xD Rather it stoked my interest in them and figuring out HOW the events came about and in what way, shape, or form did they, and HOW IN FAWKING HELLS does Sydney eeeeever fall for Adrian? O.e
Basically for me this is like meeting people where they are now and asking them about their past and then learning finally what happened before they got to this point and its utterly fascinating tell me MOAR! e-e Well the last question was to the books btw so NOOOOO on spoil anything more for me okay? >.> Especially not to the questions I have now for the series thanks to the excerpt! -.-~

Oh you're right! O.O I remember now when you brought it up that SOMEONE had seen Lissa feeding on Rose through the bedroom mirror so they knew where Lissa and Rose were living so that wasn't too much a surprise there. Maybe Mead skipped that part and decided to "cut to the chase" instead both literally and metaphorically?
