One of my all time favourite authors.. rank him alongside Asimov. sad day.. he will be truly missed.
That is very sad news. Mr. Pohl was the author of my favorite SF novel Gateway as well as my favourite alternate history short "Waiting for the Olympians": Platinum Pohl: The Collected Best Stories
