That’s what it says on my ticket



When I got there, my brain immediately went, “Maybe a ballet based on a science-fiction speculative fiction novel with a theme of oppression – specifically women’s reproductive rights wasn’t the best birthday present for mom.” But she loved it. She wasn’t familiar with the source material, but she got the idea. (And before anyone yells at me about being selfish– I’d forgotten they were doing this – I walked into buy the ticket...

L.T. Getty Hee hee - I have no problem takin her to stuf I'd like to see - but it's not exactly Swan Lake either.

Judy Gill Yeah, well, once upon a long time ago I took my mother to Pulp Fiction (not knowing what it was all about) and cringed throughout as the F-bomb littered every sentence, sometimes multiple times. BTW, she did NOT enjoy it.

"But all my friends said it was a great movie!"

My reasoning was the more traditional how's weren't until February/May next year. Coulda saved the ballet for Christmas if that were the case.
