Hey Vicksters!

So I decided to do NaNoWriMo this year (yay!), but of course with my brain I can't choose which story to write (boo!). But that's where YOU all come in (applause!).

I'm going to post up the five stories/blurbs/ideas that I'm trying to choose between and you all have until October 30th to choose which one you want me to work on (I should hopefully have "The Beginning" done by then). These are not the official blurbs, just what I wrote down so that I could know what idea I was going for.

So here they are:

Groom of Convenience
In an alternate universe, in the year of His Royal Majesty, 1814, men and women lived lives of culture and class. The wealthiest of families attended dinners, banquets and balls. Gentlemen went to Remmington’s, a gentlemen’s club to wile away their time boxing, drinking, betting, playing cards and discussing mergers through marriages and business partnerships. Ladies of the gentry spent their days embroidering, playing cards, shopping, tending to their children, and going for carriage rides in the park.
It was a time of courtships, debutante balls, marriages of convenience, titles, wealth, and honor. Where proper behavior and a good family name could make for a good marital match and an entire family ruined by scandal.
However, gender lines are blurred in this universe, for both males and females could be lords, dukes, earls, baronets, marquis or viscounts and both males and females could be considered ladies, duchesses, countesses, baronesses, marchionesses, or viscountesses. Everyone wants to make a good match to continue their family line and children are born to either male or female which has led to the acceptance of many same-sex marriages. 
Lord Lucien Timothy Hawthorne is the only son of Earl Annabelle and Countess Rosemary Hawthorne. Having grown up surrounded by his four sisters, he’s anxious to one day be out on his own. To find adventure and to maybe find love. He is shocked, disappointed and angry when his mothers come to tell him one day that he has been betrothed to a duke, a man twenty years older than Lucien, with vast holdings and considerable wealth. A man who is feared by all because of the scar on his face he sustained during the war and his self-imposed isolation. A man who is known only as “The Duke,” Duke Heathcliff Eddington, III.
Heathcliff finally gives in to his mother and father’s constant nagging and makes an arrangement for a marriage of convenience. Though his father would have preferred that Heathcliff had chosen a female, he relents when Heathcliff chooses to tie himself to Lucien Hawthorne, the beloved son of the Hawthorne family, one of the most respected in the country. Heathcliff has no delusions that his match will be one of affection. He prepares himself to marry Lucien, have an heir and two spares as soon as possible and then to set out to find the love of his life. When he goes to Remmington’s one night, however, he throws caution to the wind and sleeps with the beautiful young man drowning his sorrows at the bar.

Heathcliff begins to correspond via letters left at the bar with the bartender with the young man known to him only as “Timmy” and soon finds himself falling in love. He makes up his mind to run away with Timmy and prepares to do just that when he finally meets his betrothed, Lucien, who is also his beloved Timmy, but Lucien has a secret one that requires them to make haste in their nuptials, and though both men desired a marriage of love, they’ll quickly find out that sometimes a marriage of convenience can turn into love if given the right circumstance.

Inner Beauty: Unconventional Matings: 1
Patrick is leaving Walmart late one night when he hears the sound of someone being beat up. He rushes over and smells blood, and not just any blood but the blood of his mate. He rushes over and fights off the group of men. He lifts his unconscious, overweight mate into his arms and takes him home. He waits for his mate to awaken and when he does Patrick is forced to try and keep the other man there when he tries to run away. Patrick tells Donnell that he’s his mate and Donnell accuses Patrick of only wanting to be with him because of that reason. Donnell leaves and Patrick is forced to woo his own mate, which subjects him to teasing by his friends and older brothers. Donnell is not only freaked out about the whole wolf shifter thing but about the fact that Patrick is so attractive and seems to want him. Patrick must convince Donnell that he wants him, in spite of the "mating chemical attraction," while simultaneously keeping him safe from the vampires who are determined to not only rule the world but to kill every wolf shifter in existence and those who stand with them. When Donnell is kidnapped, Patrick must rescue his new mate even if he loses his life in the process. 
Clint's Alpha
Alpha wolf shifter, Isaac Green, who is a father of two, Joseph and Karen, meets his mate, Clint Lockhart when he takes his kids to have their pictures taken for a family portrait and since all pack children are home-schooled, he has extras made. He decides to court Clint. They have sex and Isaac almost mates Clint, he stops himself in time and decides to reveal himself to his mate. Clint has a bad reaction and runs away when Isaac reveals that he’s a shifter days later. Clint leaves town and Isaac goes into a downward spiral, he’s only ever calm and rational around his children, his Beta, Brian Prater, and his enforcers, twins, Liam and Leon Thatcher. Clint is haunted by thoughts and dreams of Isaac and can’t eat and barely sleeps, he finally flies back home and finds Isaac trapped in his animal form. He must talk Isaac into shifting back into human form but if he does so he knows that he will not only be taking on the role of an Alpha mate but of a stepfather and that scares him because Clint can barely take care of himself.
Dakota: The Sevion Brotherhood: 1
Dakota Sevion loves his life. He’s the Chief of Surgery at Gelreen Memorial Hospital in Loweston, Mississippi, he hangs out with his brothers every weekend, and since he works at the hospital he has unlimited access to blood. As an unmated vampire, it’s the best thing Dakota could have hoped for. While he longs for a mate and a family of his own, at two hundred and eighty six years old, Dakota has resigned himself to a life of one-night stands. Then he switches shifts with another doctor and his whole world changes.Nishan “Nimo” Moore is a professor of mythology at Loweston University who is still trying to find his footing as a single father, three years after having his son left on the doorstep of his apartment and three years after being disowned by his parents. He rushes to the hospital one day when he receives word that his son, Isaiah, has been hurt at daycare. While standing at his son’s bedside, Nimo looks up and finds himself staring into the gunmetal gray eyes of Dr. Dakota Sevion.Dakota is pulled into the hospital room by his newly forming mate bond with the gorgeous single father and knows that he only has two weeks to complete it or he will die from starvation. But what will he do when Nimo doesn’t react well to the news that Dakota is a vampire? And what about when someone from Nimo’s past comes to kill him? Will this mating last or will is break under the strain of a inter-species pairing?
Lenny's Aussie: Judah's Fire On Tour: 1
Judah's Fire is the hottest rock band in the world. Everyone knows them and everyone loves them. The world is their oyster. Parties, the greatest hotels, guest appearances on television shows, billions of screaming fans, each member has multiple homes, and even the stalkers let them know that they have truly made it, not to mention the dozens of Grammys they've won. But when the last note fades away, these seven men are lonely. All of them are single, in spite of the number of men and women who throw themselves at them, even sneaking into their beds at night, and they're finally sick of it. When Judah, the group's leader, challenges the group to find love while on their worldwide tour-From America, to Europe, to the Caribbean, to Australia, to Canada, and even to Asia, the guys are skeptical but soon agree to the terms. What they could have never anticipated was just who they would end up meeting and falling for.Lenny Tolen, the group's drummer, is used to being overlooked. He's not the lead singer, he's a backup, and he doesn't play guitar. So when the group arrives in Australia for the first leg of the tour, Lenny is surprised when he is not only approached, but pursued, by the hottest man he's ever seen in his life.Peyton Brady is a proud Judahite. He has bought every album the group has ever put out, follows them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, reads their blog and goes onto their website at least four times a day. But he's not a stalker. No, he's hopelessly in love with Lenny, the drummer. So when Judah's Fire shows up in his country, Peyton takes a vacation from his job and travels over to Sydney to see all three shows and to finally, finally meet his crush. But when Peyton discovers that there's more to Lenny than just being a drummer, his celebrity crush turns into something more.But the band must move on, they can't stay in Australia forever, so when push comes to shove will Lenny let Peyton go and return to a life of being the background in Judah's Fire or will he finally make a stand and go after what he wants?
