Screen free saturdays

Now, I'm certain that the astute among you a have noticed that already, just three days into July, and I've already managed to break my commitment to post something here every day. This is because I forgot to factor in screen free Saturdays. This is something that Min and I have been doing (well, attempting - with various degrees of success), for the last month or so. Anthony Eaton I know. It's like being back in the 1500's, except with slightly less bubonic plague.

Anthony Eaton This is true. It's sad that I'm only now coming to something that you guys have known for centuries. That actually occurred to me when I was writing the piece, but I was putting it together late last night and forgot to put something in to that effect.

rivka Well, all Sabbath-keeping cultures have this notion. I haven't read this yet, but it looks like a good exploration or the concept in a general, rather than single-culture, way.
