Enjoyed the article, and I agree that some of the best books are not bestsellers, though I enjoy some bestsellers, too. I like to get book ideas from various sources -- your blog for sure. But others include book reviews in the NYT, Goodreads, word of mouth and browsing in the few remaining bookstores and the library, too. I subscribe to various places to get suggestions. The only problem is that I get more than I can possibly read! Your blog is a terrific idea; so glad you thought of it.
