It's taken some bravery to send another book out into the world in Rules' wake.  For the past three years, I've joked with people whenever they've asked the question, "Where do you go from here?!"  by answering "DOWN!"  Not as a put-down for myself, but as a shot of reality that it will happen and it will be okay.
