Lesson 1: Supernatural is a family, not a fandom… No, I’m serious.

The things I learned on my road trip across the country.

Some of you may know I took a cross-country trip with my family as we relocate from California to Ohio, where I’m from. Yells, “Cincinnati.” It was an experience and a half, to say the least. I’d like to share some of the things I learned on my way.

Lesson 1: Supernatural is a family, not a fandom… No, I’m serious.

The time Dean Winchester got me a hotel discount… We were checking into the Hilton for the night, and the woman at the counter saw my Dean Winchester T-shirt ( NO chick flics please). This lead the woman to give us a very nice and unexpected discount. Now, I fandom hard. If I’m backing something, I believe in it strongly. Supernatural is one of those things, and it amazes me how these interests can bring people from all walks of life together. See shirt Here

I think we’re all just people looking for ways to connect with one another. The pay it forward movement is alive and well. Make sure you’re making frequent deposits in the bank of positivity.
