I just watched both parts, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE your perspective, lessons and the way you communicate both. I loved your thoughts of the mommy group, the auntie group, and now I feel better about being in the "anti-group!" 10-ft pole please!
Eat, Pray, Love was a life-changer for me, as well. I have been on a slow quest for years. The bumps continue to teach me lessons and shake my world.
Many people are afraid to leave their security, for the quest. I fear a different aspect...I fear that when I am able to really jump off the cliff on my hang-glider, that this dream I've had for so long, will no longer be what I want. I will become this nomad (this is what I want) and when I become the nomad...it will no longer be the thing I sought. Then, I will be out of ideas and have no direction.
This fear will not stop me from trying, but I think it's interesting to fear where you are going, instead of what you are leaving. But I suppose that is the "leap of faith."
