Fasting: Day Eleven

Just to remind people of the gist here, this is a water fast (which means you have only water) and not the softer kind of fast. It also isn't a dry fast, which is the hardest kind to manage. In that sort you don't even get the water.

I'm not going over this day by day, since the basic template is close to the same for each one. Past day three or four there is less hunger (though I get hungry at times still, sometimes intensely so) and each day is bringing a greater degree of lethargy.

Now, being bed to the bone, as you all no doubt know by now, and living life on the edge as I do, I haven't been doing a traditional fast. That would mean lying about in bed for up to twenty hours a day and cutting all but essential activities. The idea is to give over all the bodies resources to healing, but at this point I don't need a lot of that.
So I've been mildly active, working to keep my heart rate at under fifty to sixty percent of maximum most of the time. Since it's a lot harder to do that now,...
