Above you will find my brand new PO Box. I opened it with this idea in mind.

This giveaway will be different than any other I’ve done before. This isn’t about sharing my work or getting to a certain number of followers or raising money or hashtags. This is about giving you a chance to tell me your story.

I purchased my necklace from The Giving Keys earlier this year and have worn it nearly every day. I love it. But it is time for me to pass it on. It is time for me to pay it forward.

If you would like to own this necklace I ask that you do two things-

1- Find a key to donate.

2-Tell me how writing has changed your life. I am not necessarily looking for stories about how MY writing has helped or changed you. It can be any writing. It can be how your writing has changed you. How a book has changed you. How a poem carried you through a rough time, etc… I just want to know how the written word has helped you.

Send your story and at least 1 key to donate to the above address. Once I have 40+ keys I will choose a winner.

When choosing a key to donate please see their website for the guidelines. They can’t use just any key when making their wonderful jewelry. You will find the information at the bottom of the site under Donate Your Keys.

The Giving Keys has employed 19 people experiencing homelessness, providing opportunities for the team members to move into permanent housing. I think it is a wonderful organization. I placed another order for myself just this past weekend.
