Darren Javier wrote: "Please, stay in this universe after "Morning Star" comes out, please."

I would LOVE to get a series of books covering all the events prior to Red Rising... the stratification of society, the rise of the Golds, the subjugation of the Obsidians, soooooo much material for tons of books! :D

This. Your books' have an absolutely amazing style of writing. Thank you, Pierce, for demonstrating to me that a good book is so much more than a flashy plot.

This thread was started in February, so no, no new book soon. Brown is starting a new sequel series called Iron Gold in the future, but no date set I believe.

Very clear thanks for your explanation.

message 37: by Helen (new)

Helen Bell Just come across this trilogy (I know - two years to spot Pierce Brown when there's this much buzz about him? But bite me, I'm supposed to be writing, not reading.)
I hadn't noticed much coming out of Del Rey since I fell in love with CJ Cherryh, around 30 years ago, not that they haven't been busy bunnies. Reviewers are all in a tizzy, so I'm tempted - but worried too. what if I hate it? What if I can't put the darn thing down? What if I go in expecting to meet Nhi Vanye and Morgaine Cri Chya and get someone I don't like?
It's going on the to read list, and but just want to say thanks Pierce; I haven't even started reading you yet and already my sleep is disturbed...

message 38: by Eric (new)

Eric Rahl Good, I just started book 6!
