I'm in a number of challenges that often call for a specific job or spell challenges so I've trained myself to track these automatically. My new thing this year is the DDL that will then populate the rest of the info after its selected.
I've learned to embrace my need for organization/obsession in my spreadsheets.

Currently I have a google spreadsheet that lists my challenges w..."
If the spreadsheet works for you its a beautiful thing. I've shared my tracking spreadsheet before and people get overwhelmed. I like it and it works for me. :)

Part of the reason for all the details on the Books tab of our planning spreadsheet is that we can just add the detail there and leave the organizing of the books to the captains. Sometimes people want to try for certain things and others they just want to read and not worry about where it goes on a mini-challenge. The planning sheet helps us allow for both types of players. (at least that is the goal).

For the 'Winning Tower' 5 books per name , can we all read for the same connection ( anubis...5 x jackel shifters) or do they all have to be different"
It doesn't say that they have to be different, so they could all be the same, but they want us to be creative with how the book connects to the team name.

We only get credit for the completed rainbows, but we can have as many in progress rainbows as we want. And rainbows go for the entire challenge so we have a while to finish them out.

In theory, you shouldn't have edit rights to the official spreadsheet. I think that is limited to captains only.

My daughter spent a semester abroad in England last year and loved it. She was going to attend Montana State for paleontology, but recently decided to stay home and get a degree is social work, but she wants to do her Masters back in England. She loved it there and can't wait to go back.

You only need the one from my post. They are basically the same, but we added some columns for the Planning Spreadsheet to make it easier to move books around the mini-challenges and know other details. The Captains will be responsible for the official spreadsheet.
Also, If you don't want to worry about the spreadsheet you can just make a completion post in our group and someone will move it to the appropriate spreadsheet.

It should be editable to anyone who as the link....

Other than that I work as a Product Manager for a Software Company and have been there for over 20 years. I have an 18-year-old daughter who will graduate in June and then start college in August. When I'm not working or reading, which is rare, I am playing bar trivia with friends, on a duck pin bowling league with some girlfriends, gambling with the hubby, or volunteering for our local Job's Daughters Bethel and the Grand Guardian Council for Minnesota.
I can't wait to get started!

You will do great with this challenge. It's my second or third?? and its super fun.

I'm going to concentrate on "S" for this next round and the Contemporary Tag. We can only get 5 books with the color.
