[close] 1. At each event, a member — selected randomly from a pool of unselected candidates — is appointed as the arbiter of the next event.
2. The arbiter must choose a book to be discussed within three days of the announcement.
3. There is no time limit on finishing the book. However, when a member feels unable/unwilling to complete the book, they are expected to inform the arbiter of their withdrawal. Rest will inform the arbiter when they are finished.
4. When each participant has finished reading, the arbiter shall consult them all and pick a suitable time and place (online/offline) for the meeting. Members who have formerly withdrawn may participate in the discourse.
5. The arbiter holds the final word on any disagreement encountered throughout the event proceedings.
6. When all members have had their respective turns to be arbiters, the candidate pool will be recycled.
7. The addition or removal of any rule requires majority approval.
