2. No book shaming. Whether you devour high fantasy epics or romantasy guilty pleasures, all books are sacred. Even the ones with questionable plot twists and a suspicious amount of smouldering eye contact.

3. React dramatically to plot twists. Screaming into the void is encouraged. If a character betrayal (or heaven forbid, death) happens, you may declare an official mourning period.

4. Snacks are required.

5. Late reading is forgivable - so long as you arrive with enthusiasm. Haven't finished the book? No worries! Just nod knowingly and contribute cryptic comments.

6. Falling for fictional characters is inevitable. Resistance is futile.

7. Above all, have fun, embrace the chaos, and get lost in the adventure. And don't forget, we're all here to fangirl.
