Lovers of the Written Word

[close] My boyfriend is a huge fan of Stephen King and after reading 'Salem's Lot, (which is now probably one of my all-time favorite books) I am hooked. I have a copy of the uncut edition and it is quite hefty so this is no easy task. I look forward to reading and discussing!

[close] I am a huge fan of Laurell K. Hamilton and have read this book a number of times but have not had the chance to really discuss it with others. I hope others will be interested and will take a chance on it. Any who read it will immediately fall for Jean-Claude's suaveness and for Anita Blake's bad-assitude! Such a fantastic read! I look forward to reading it again and getting a chance to hear other people's thoughts and opinions.

[close] I found this book at a Goodwill store in Manchester, New Hampshire, and immediately felt an urge to read it. I can honestly say I have no clue why but something about it seemed captivating. I started a couple of pages and it already drew me in. I am completely anxious to see how it turns out and how the series develops.

[close] I actually had no interest to read this book. I am definitely not one of those people who enjoy things that are trending. This book was so hyped about and so over-talked about, it really ruined it for me. Now that some time has passed and the first movie has passed (did not see it), a friend bought me the trilogy and urged me to read it. So, for her, I shall try.
