[close] Basically, the rules are don't be that person. You know the one--the person who nobody wants to be around because they just won't be gracious.
1) No trolling.
2) No abuse. (swearing, name calling, ad hominem remarks. Racism, etc.) You don't have to agree with one another, but you can disagree strongly without being disrespectful or unkind.
3) No transphobia. Trans women are "real women." Respect people's pronouns. Mistakes are fine. We all make them. Try to learn and move on. Intentional disregard, on the other hand, is not cool.
4) If you are a man and want to participate, you are more than welcome. Your input and opinions are valued. Just refrain from dominating the discussion. That being said...

5) No MRAs. No gamergaters. No sad puppies. If you have ever used the term SJW and meant it, this group is not for you.

6) Books will eventually be selected by monthly poll. I will select a few to get us started. You're welcome.
