A Word To The Wise Book Club

[close] 1) Individuals should present TWO titles for the upcoming reading. These titles will be put into a drawing with all other participants. Drawing is conducted the evening of the 3rd Thursday.
*NOTE* THIS RULE CAN BE SUSPENDED DUE TO THEMED MEETINGS

2) Must not exceed 500 pages

3) If part of a series, must be book 1 of said series UNLESS we have all collectively read a previous entry in a previous club meeting

4) For those members unable to attend the in-person meeting, if substantive review is written for the story 24-hours before meeting, your submissions will be included for potential titles for next reading.

5) In the event that a book is out of print, takes too long for delivery, or too costly, the in-person group CAN vote for a redraw (it has happened once already).

6) As Admin, the drawing may be suspended and a book of the Admin's choosing will be selected for the next reading. In the past, these titles were books of substance that have provided a deeper meaning.
