1. Any changes in how the group will operate, including how we choose books or hosts, will be decided by a simple majority vote.
2. We will make an honest effort to read the month's book but understand that this is not always possible. We will still welcome members who have not finished the book to attend the meeting.
3. If disagreements or problems arise between individuals in book club, the person who is feeling offended will privately discuss the issue with the person causing offense. If a resolution cannot be reached by those individuals, the group should be notified and a resolution discussed. No one should feel bullied, insulted, or disrespected in book club and we need to be sure to speak up if we are feeling that way.
4. The club reserves the right to remove members by a simple majority vote if we feel a member is not complying with these rules.
