I started this book because I've wanted to read something by this author for quite a while. The book itself isn't that long. After all, this is a trilogy. But the pace was slow during some parts, and... a bit annoying.

I have five authors that I one click and never wait to read their books as soon as there released. March is obviously one of them and once again has created a new trilogy that I seriously have an obsession with. With her beneath series I didn't think anything could beat it, same with Mount, then came Savage and I was so not ready to meet Jericho Forge, this man rocked my world!

Deal with the Devil follows India, a woman on a mission to save her sister using her insanely masterful skills of cards. Deal with the Devil follows India, a woman on a mission to save her sister using her insanely masterful skills of cards. Hoping to gamble and win enough at a high stakes table to save her sister. But all goes wrong when the one man she didnt want at the table appears and his eyes are all on her. Jericho Forge a man who known for playing the game, wealthy, a pirate of the seas and smoking hot of course.

I loved India is a tough woman, risking everything for her sister, the people that have her sister are mysterious and dangerous, the man she hates but trusted to get her in the game she has to hope will help her, then the man who beats her at her own game, thrust her into an even more dangerous and unknown world. She puts a lot of trust in Forge, not knowing what she's getting into but I loved her determination to save her sister not matter what.

Jericho is a man of mystery, known as a pirate with his shipping company and how he'd rather be at the sea than land. But once he has his sites set on India, taken from the man whom he hates more than anything, is life takes an interesting turn. His is powerful, wealthy and has this life and dangers that makes him always in control.

March writes with so much passion for her characters, her world building is wonderfully done, I seriously picture myself in these beautiful settings and towns. The romance is off the charts hot and I don't think any woman could resist Jericho Forge. As always with a trilogy there is a cliffhanger, but March is awesome and always has her releases the next month, so the wait is short. But man do I need to know what happened, the suspense if killing me!! I loved every minute and I applaud March for always knowing what readers need. ...more
