I'm a mess...
Okay I think I can finally write this review. This has been probably my top must read book of the year. Ever since I read Divine Rivals, I just could not stop thinking about this world and these characters. Luckily we didn't have to wait long to get the conclusion.

I enjoyed this book. It had me hooked from the beginning especially given the ending of Divine Rivals. I was so invested in how Roman and Iris would get back together. I was sort of right about this book was like a flipped Divine Rivals but it didn't last for as long as it did, probably because the story needed to move forward and that would have taken too long. Absolutely wonderful. If you get the chance, do this as an audiobook. The narrators were wonderful and really helped pull me in and feel the power and rage of these two as they fought.
The gods continue to war but they bring it to the towns now. Neither Roman or Iris can be bystanders writing about the struggle and warfront anymore, they must live it. Each with their unique skills, they continue to write each ...more

Ruthless Vows Review on K-Books
The minute I finished reading Divine Rivals, I couldn’t help but dive straight into Ruthless Vows. I am so glad I waited to read Divine Rivals when the sequel was released as I was just dying to find out what happened to Iris and Roman after that cliffhanger ending.
