This very much in the style that P..G Wohdouse did later in his Jeeves books .
It is about a married man,a engaged man & lady killer who all go on trip down the river to escape there girls but they a idiots Who cannot even open a tin.
It's very funny & real old fashioned laugh

I liked this one and thought there were some humorous parts, but I was hoping for more. I think maybe I read too many reviews on this one. So while there were some fun mishaps and I chuckled a number of times, I was really expecting a really funny book. I did love Montmorency, he was a fun addition to the cast of characters. I also went back and forth between the audiobook and the kindle edition. I recommend reading the book or a digital copy only. I wasn't impressed with the audiobook. I may or ...more

Very funny. British humor done well. Although they were hilariously clumsy on the boat, they still did a better job than I would have done. If I tried to row a boat it would either end up capsized or keep going around in circles.

Poorly written people say it's humorous and indeed it is but for some instances people shouldn't be fooled and waste precious time into such a nasty piece of reading wouldn't recommend to anyone it made me felt dizzy. ...more
