Yay! Thanks for playing last year, and thanks in advance for this year. I loved it too.
There is a "remove duplicate books" tool on the lists, which I am just starting to explore. So just put the books in, and every now and then I will do a "duplicate removal". Apparently it combines the votes into the first one posted, but I will do some experimenting just to make sure.

Hi Jennifer,
You need to click on the tab "add books to this list" above, and then follow the instructions.

I was just thinking the same thing!

I don't know... wasn't paying attention, really. I hadn't considered the power of a group read.

Glad to find your list! I didn't want to lose it again, so I've added the book I'm currently reading (which will of course become the first book for 2012). I've been sick, so I'm a bit slow off the mark LOL.
Hi Penny, thanks for playing. I add the book I-m currently reading too.

You can set that up if you want.

Give a link here so we can all come and vote :-)
And go ahead and add the YA titles if you want. I read a fair amount of YA literature, so I'm always happy to see new recommendations.

Still no treble; but 2 more doubles, LOL.

Once the ladies weigh in with TCoMC votes, it will all change ... until another large group read, that is. It is fun watching.

Oh, my goodness! They are too cute. I would've put money on the Stephen King book to win the triple crown--if I was a betting man. I'm neither betting nor a man.)

Sure, why not... But I'll make my decision after I've read the 5 books from 2011. I must say I'm not looking forward to two of them.
But I said I'd do it, so I will.

I've also added a link to your list. I see how it go's and maybe we can do a all times favourite books list as well for us oldies. lol x

Oh *gasps in faux surprise*- isn't 'quint' rather a rude word.
LOL
Well Done Stephen King - you are still in business.

Bettie? Could you give me a hint as to what, where, and how "quint" is a rude term? Because I've been making a big faux pas.

hahahah

I detest the 'c' word too
Funnily enough this has been quite a discussion in Sweden parliament re sex education. The equipment for lads here is usually in 'friendly' terms, however for the girls all is offensive.
Different in UK - where 'penny', 'tuppence', 'mary' are used by mums looking after youngsters. Far more reassuring.

That's right - the little snip! North African countries would be proud heh
ouch...
in Italy they use patatina, little potato (I've never been able to find anyone who could give me a decent explanation of that one!) which is fairly acceptable even in polite company. Loads and loads of regional words there are, which are not quite acceptable, and the usual slew of words for the gutter.

Susanna? You are up on these things...
My mother always just called it what it was (starts with v). My girlfriend next door had a pathetically cutsie word for it, which I can't remember, although I do remember finding it hysterically funny.

I have added my 5* so far - four! - it is a good reading year to date.
:O)

So we have the snip and the knob - how does that appeal to folk from other countries? Please remember we have had over a year of debate on this subject with daily headlines.
Malmö is a wasteland under gang law; Skåne wants independence but NO - we must find the right names...
hahahah
It's good to keep your priorities straight, I always say. Did they get the local politicians to model for the book cover?
I like the little tap dancing guy in the lower right hand corner.

I now hope that GR makes it possible to SEARCH lists for books, because it is very hard to go through more than 10 pages of books to see if someone else accidently already added the book that you've read and want to add. Please?
