Shannon READ MORE ABOUT BURNING MAN

A reader, eh? For those of you interested in exploring more deeply into the Burning Man history and culture in the world, other great books on the subject include:

"Burning Book" by Jessica Bruder, a visual history of Burning Man.

"Theater in a Crowded Fire" by Lee Gilmore, exploring the spirituality of the Burning Man experience.

"This is Burning Man" by Brian Doherty, a written history of the Burning Man experience.

"Enabling Creative Chaos" by Katherine Chen, an exploration of the "organizational mutant" (part community, part business) behind the event.

"Burning Man: Art in the Desert" by A. Leo Nash and Daniel Pinchbeck, a beautiful coffee table book.

"Desert to Dream: A Decade of Burning Man Photography" by Barbara Traub, another incredible photography book.

These and more are all available at several outlets including Amazon.com: http://amzn.to/fa6rCg
