This book is a rewrite of my 2013 book of the same name. However, it has 3 times the content and has been rewritten from the ground up to give a better explanation of the concept of habit stacking.
Concurrent with the marketing I am also starting the outline/research phase for my next book, which I intend to be the final word on how to stop all types of procrastination.
