Hi, it's me again. I'm wondering why you do giveaways for books written by other authors. Do you and the other authors support and advertise each other?

Hi Sophie. I might give away a book if I'm invested in readers knowing about it (such as Scott Westerfeld's HORIZON, since I'm writing book 2, DEADZONE). Or if I have extra books and want to share the love (building more readers benefits all authors). Or if I feel like giving a gift but don't have any copies of my own to give away.

do you remember when you went to Elkhorn Ridge middle school last year? I was there and you were fantastic...I can relate all lot of my characters get bored and pester me until I give them some adventure...this is this one character who is kinda like the main character in the false prince and his name is Jose...one of my characters
