The whole concept of "summer reading" is a bit odd, because the changing of the weather or season does not often put me in the mood to read a certain type of book. I don't make a habit of lying around on the beach because I sunburn easily, so I wouldn't lie around there with a "beach read" either, because books can't digest sand very well. So, gentle reader, if you want to know what I'll be perusing next, may I refer you to my current-reads shelf.
