Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

David R. Boyd So many people are sick and tired of relentless bad news about the state of our environment and our potential to solve these problems! And my young daughter Meredith was starting to be upset by information she was learning in school about climate change. So I decided to write The Optimistic Environmentalist to demonstrate how much progress has been made and how many solutions are within our reach. It was an amazing and rejuvenating experience!
