DAVE AT NIGHT is very loosely based on my father's orphaned childhood in the Hebrew Orphan Asylum in New York City. He never talked about it, so after he died I wrote the book to satisfy myself about what might have happened to him.

I Love your book FairestI’ve always struggled with being confident in the way i look, this book has really helped through it. I’m really glad that you wrote it, most people write about beautiful princesses, who are TOO confident in themselves. I would just like to add that I was introduced to this book by my friend, she also introduced me to Ella Enchanted ;) ?
