Hi P.C.! I love the HoN series and I'm currently rereading it! One question I have (sorry if you've previously answered) is why Kristin is a co-author if she's really just your editor? I'm pretty sure I've read that you do all the writing and she's your copy-editor, though I used to think you both did the writing. Does she do more than what a normal editor would do (not that I really know what that is)?

P.C. Cast First, neither of us have ever said Kristin coauthored the books. And yes, she does a lot more than a normal editor's job. We've talked at length about it, so I'll answer briefly. She has helped me with pop references and vernacular so that in the beginning Zoey didn't sound like a 40-something disgruntled school teacher.
