Any possibility down the line (10 year anniversary?) of re-releasing Revelations with updated cover art? I'd love to see the artist for Legends of the First Empire update the cover-art from your original self-published editions. Those were super cool, especially The Emerald Storm and Wintertide!

Hey Jeddiah, Funny you should ask! 2018 marks the 10th anniversary of the initial release of The Crown Conspiracy (book #1 of the Riyria Revelations). We've just purchased the rights to do limited edition hardcovers for all five Riyria books that don't currently have hard covers.(Orbit only released their books as trade paperbacks).
The artist for the Legends of the First Empire series is Marc Simonetti (he's also done the covers for two of the Riyria Chronicle books: The Death of Dulgath and the Disappearance of Winter's Daughter) And we will certainly reach out to him to do the covers of the hardcovers as well.
As for what they'll look like, I'm not sure yet. I'm actually going to "open it up" to the readership so they can weigh in on what possible scenes they may want to see on the covers.
Because the print run is limited, I think they'll sell out pretty quickly. There will be an "early notification list" where people who sign up will find out about the pre-order site before it's available to the public at large. If you want to sign up for that pre-order notification here is the link.

Hey Mr. Sullivan! Just finished the Riyira Revelations, and one thing was nagging at me: Modina's entire rule was derived from her status as the Heir, but with the challenge that was officially proven to be false. Is this common knowledge? Has she been accepted as empress despite not being the Heir? And how do people view her adoption of a child not of her own 'divine' bloodline as her successor?

I read all of the Riyira books, and I liked most of them and it was time worth spent. But, even after a year and finishing all the books in the chronological order, I still am not sure whether Rhen (forgive me if I'm spelling or writing the name wrong; it has been a long time) from The Crown Tower is pickles or not. So, who is he?

Whenever you do put out more Riyria Chronicles I was wondering if Tim Gerard Reynolds will also be narrating again? It would be hard to read the book without his voice at this point. He brings so much life to your stories. I think he should narrate all of your books, if that was at all possible :)
