Edit~A asked Erin Watt:

How is it working in duo? I always wondered how do you decide who writes what? Or does one of you write the whole thing and the other edits? Do you brainstorm? How do you come up with ideas and decide what to write about next? Do you have arguments, conflicts or disagreements from time to time and how do you handle them?

Erin Watt We get together and plot out our books together in person, and then we head back to our respective countries and one of us will start writing. We usually set word or scene goals, so when one of us hits that goal, we send the manuscript to the other to read, tweak, and continue on from. We pretty much pass it back and forth in this way until completed. Naturally, when you have 2 people writing you're going to have differing opinions and ideas, so it's super important to listen and be receptive to what the other person is saying, but it's also about picking and choosing your battles. No matter what: excellent communication is key!
