What is the difference between 7 Deaths and 7 1/2 Deaths? Is it only different release dates?

Stuart Turton There's no difference in terms of the story - the US version (7 1/2 Deaths) will have US spellings, etc, but everything else will be the same. It will have a slightly different cover, an entirely different map and guest list though. It will be very beautiful.
