I just finished reading Daughter of War and enjoyed it immensely. But I was confused throughout the book about the use of two iphones, how that came about, how they were supposed to be used, who was supposed to have them and how they both ended up in the possession of one person, as is supposed to have happened. I see how it helped introduce the girl to to plot, just not the purpose of them. Could you explain?

(view spoiler)[*SPOILER ALERT* The iPhone held the instructions for the transfer of the weapon. It also was the mechanism for transferring the money to the North Koreans, and finally, held the blue-tooth key for the safe deposit box in Switzerland to retrieve the weapon. Yasir uses it for all of these things, as detailed in the book. They both did not end up in the possession of a single person. The reason there is two is precisely because Yasir lost the first one to Amena, then gained another one with the same instructions to replace the first one - which he used as detailed above. Glad you enjoyed it! (hide spoiler)]

Brad, When can we get past the "relationships" and all that talk? And Aaron and Shoshana are starting to get old. We get it. She's crazy and he's sane and they work together. "One Rough Man" is still my favorite out of the entire series because it shows Pike being the world's greatest badass. Can we get more like that? I love this series and I've read all the books, but it's becoming a little too soft IYAM.
