Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

C.E. Cannery My idea actually came from my first book. Back when I was revising Maygest's Tale, I came across the section where Maygest is describing his mother's life, and I realized that that would make an excellent short story. So I went out to basically fill in all the gaps as a short story for my fans, but as I kept writing, the book kept getting bigger and bigger until it was the size of a full-length novel. Thus so, I decided to just publish it.
