Mr. Gibbs, Can you please tell me about your outlining/plotting process for Spy School and Charlie Thorne books. Is the plotting linear(from beginning to end) or do you start from the end (the main conflict and its solution) and work backwards or is there any other method?

Although, I also thought to myself that it would be interesting to include a short story from her POV in some of the bonus content.
