Fikre Fikadu Fufa asked C. JoyBell C.:

What do you think About God,Christ, holy guest, eternal life, eternal death, and Christianity?

C. JoyBell C.
Hello Fikre! :-) Well, that's a way to put me on the spot, isn't it? :-)

I believe that God is for all people and can be experienced in many things. For example, I believe that the nature of God can be experienced in the artefacts of Nature, herself. We can experience the nature of God in the Sunset, the Sunrise, the birds that sing in the morning... the colours of the skies, the Moon and how it glows... I believe that all are born with the experience of God. I believe that those who do not believe in God, are not actually refusing to believe in God; rather, what they are refusing to believe in are man's interpretations of God. Because within the interpretations that man has of God, within the dogmas and the doctrines that are so often binding and fearful— the nature of God as we knew Him when we were born, is lost! And I believe that Atheists are actually people who remember that original spark, and, upon not being able to reconcile that with what they hear other people tell them that God is, they decide that they do not believe in God, altogether!

I believe that there are many stories of God and that, similar to how He has revealed Himself through the various objects of nature, He has also revealed himself through many stories. I believe in various stories. Particularly, I believe in the stories of the North, the stories of Odinn and Thorr. I also believe in the Faery lore of the Celts, I believe that there are Elves and Elementals. I believe that there are many manifestations and God takes pleasure in all of these, because these are all a part of Him. I also think that the same story has been told in many different ways, through many different names, all throughout the ages!

I do believe that Christ hung on the cross for the atonement of mankind. And I think that too often, Christ has been given a false image that has nothing to do with Him at all, and this is something unfortunate. The story of Christ hanging on the cross for mankind, is a story of love, similar to the story of how Odinn did the same, for mankind (hanging on a tree for nine days.)

I believe in Gods and in Demi-Gods. I think that our time on Earth is like a drop of water in the ocean of eternity that we swim in. Eternity, I believe, is something that is with us now and always.

As for Christianity, well I was raised as a Christian and coming from two Christian families. But when I read the Bible, I understood differently from the rest. Even though, I do attribute my many bondages experienced in life, to how I was raised as a Christian. I think that often, Christianity doesn't really have anything to do with the real Christ and is more often than not, an association of misled people. I think that Christ is for all mankind, not just for one group of people. :-)

And these are the things that I think. I hope that my own views do not offend you in any way. :-)

Sincerely,
C. Bells
