Hello Ms. Lynch, I want to pre-order "Queen" but I noticed that on Amazon CA the only available format is the Kindle edition. Are there plans to release the book in paperback?

The paperback version can't be preordered but you should be able to order it on release day. It all depends on how face Amazon makes it available.
