I just finished Something to Hide, and continue to be enthralled with this series, and your writing. (I consider you to be the equal of the great P.D.James.) Why do you, an American, set your books in England? I can think of numerous possible reasons, but I'd love to know.

The answer is very simple. I have loved England since I was about 13 years old. In writing novels placed in England, I'm writing about what I love.
