Thank goodness!!!!! I also have to say that I’m extremely impressed by the amount of research you do to make to stories authentic. My mother is from Glasgow so learning about Scottish heritage is also the reason for my love of these books. How long does it take to write?

Anna Lee Huber It depends on the book, but from beginning plotting and research to turning in the completed manuscript to my editor, it takes about 6-9 months. I'm usually working on multiple projects at different stages at the same time.
