Yes, but not actually on the ground. There are plenty of photos, news reports, and dissedent statements on the place. It's fairly well known, and in fact can be found using simple tools like Google Earth.

I know there are others so much more qualified than I; but I am curious if you are aware of the character mistake in Chapter 64 of American Traitor? At the end of the first scene you have noted that Veep went into a bathroom when clearing the apartment. This should have been Brett because Veep was out front in the bushes guarding the front door.
