Are there any plans to cast side characters with more important roles? Will solace can be shown early in s2, maybe learning to heal and use his abilities effetively? And percy seems to know lee fletcher quite well but it wasnt really explored in the books! We can have will pov on how he thinks the quest system is unfair? As demigods often die on them? Like is there a chance for this kind of povs for will in season 2?

I get wanting 'Solangelo' on screen. I'd like to see that too, but that is so very VERY far into the future that it's not something I can even make a guess about. Actors age much more quickly than we can film. Casting a character earlier is tricky, because they will age out of the part too fast. If you figure each season of TV takes a MINIMUM of a year to produce, possibly closer to two years, and the Last Olympian would be four more seasons away, and the Blood of Olympus would be hypothetically nine more seasons away . . . well, you can do the math. That's a long time. And that's assuming we ever get that far into the adaptation process, which isn't something anyone can predict right now.

I'm currently at the fifth book in the Heroes of Olympus series. I am obsessed with Leo and the idea of him and Calypso running Leo and Calypso's Garage: Auto Repair and Mechanical Monsters, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Lemonade and Stew (I just love it). Do you have any plans for a standalone follow-up of their story? I would love to read that.

Hi Rick! I have more of a philosophical question for you. A major dispute in the fandom is whether Luke Castellan was a hero (not just in the prophecy sense) at the end of the The Last Olympian, and whether he deserved to be redeemed after everything he did over the course of the series. I'm curious about what your thoughts are on this and what your intention was as the author. Do you think Luke is/was redeemable?

Hi Mr. Riordan, my brother and I are your biggest fans and we had a question. Why where Achilles and Odysseus not mentioned in Percy Jackson's Greek Heroes? Also, I would be honored if you could please check out my blog. I read 1000 pages a week every week and then I blog about it. And btw I am proud to say your books are greatly represented. Please look at it! 1000pagesaweek.blogspot.com Thank you so much! Aliza
