P.C. Cast Hi Theresa, I haven't given up on Tales of a New World. I'd love to write another book set in that world, but my publisher has not contracted me for more and unless they do I probably will not have time to write another book. As with EARTH CALLED, I didn't have a contract for the book. But I didn't want to let my readers down, so I committed to my fans that I would write the conclusion in my spare time, which is really like taking on a second job with no pay. It took me several years, but I finished EARTH CALLED, which is when Macmillan decided they would publish it. My schedule is too tight for me to do that again, and honestly, I need to take a break between books so I don't burn out. I'm glad you love the series; I do as well! Happy Reading!
